1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts concluded via the online shop of FinallyFree. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed professional in nature.

2. Contracting Party

3. Conclusion of Contract

3.1. The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order.
3.2. By clicking the “Buy now” button, the customer submits a binding order. The contract is concluded when FinallyFree accepts the order by sending an order confirmation via email.

4. Right of Withdrawal

4.1. Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days.
4.2. Personalized products are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
4.3. The customer bears the cost of return shipping unless the goods are defective.

5. Prices and Shipping Costs

5.1. All prices listed include the applicable statutory value-added tax (VAT).
5.2. Shipping costs are charged separately and displayed during the order process.

6. Delivery

6.1. Delivery is made within Germany and to other selected countries.
6.2. Delivery time is generally 3–10 business days. Any deviating delivery times are stated on the respective product page.

7. Payment

7.1. Payment is made via advance payment, PayPal, credit card, or other payment methods displayed during the checkout process.
7.2. Goods will be shipped only after receipt of payment.

8. Retention of Title

The goods remain the property of FinallyFree until full payment has been received.

9. Warranty for Defects

The statutory warranty rights apply.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1. The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR):

10.2. FinallyFree is neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
