We offer shipping within Germany, Europe, and worldwide. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method:

  • Standard Shipping (Germany): approx. 3–5 business days

  • Standard International Shipping (within the EU): approx. 3–8 business days

  • Standard International Shipping (outside the EU): approx. 5–10 business days

Please note that the stated delivery times are estimates and delays may occur in individual cases.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the destination and selected shipping method:

  • Germany: from €4.99

  • EU: from €7.99

  • International: from €14.99

Free shipping on orders of €100 or more.

3. Order Tracking & Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including a tracking number (if available).

4. Shipping Carriers

We work with various shipping carriers. The carrier is selected automatically based on the best available delivery option for your order.

5. Customs & Taxes

For deliveries outside the EU, additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and vary depending on the destination country. Please check with your local authorities before placing an order.

6. Address Errors & Undeliverable Packages

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, additional shipping costs may apply for reshipment.
